Depending upon your needs and where you reside, I offer counseling and coaching services. My goal is to help clients discover their unique strengths and learn how to apply them to everyday situations. The therapeutic relationship is a unique gift of human connection that can allow for immense growth in a space outside the inner workings of everyday life. I believe we are made for healthy relationships with ourselves, others, and God. I want to build a loving and trusting environment that allows you to delve deep into how you think, what you believe, how you feel, and how all of that impacts your life. God created us in His image as a whole person, body, and soul. Because of that, I will walk with you as a whole person, always taking into account every relevant aspect of your biological, psychological, social, emotional, and spiritual life. Upon request, I am happy to integrate biblical perspectives and guidance with you.
